Coach Ramos brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to International Elite Program as a coach, director and administrator. He currently serves as the Technical Director for IEP.  Prior to taking on this role Ramos served as the U9-U13 Director for Gulliver Soccer.  Ramos also was the former Director of Futsal for Loudoun Soccer located in Leesburg, VA.  While In Virginia, Ramos was a staff coach Virginia State ODP at the district level as well as a region 1 ODP coach.  Additionally, Ramos coached within the CCL Pro 23 league and worked with numerous college level players.
