The International Elite Program, International Academy, was developed to be an innovative program that brings together talented student-athletes from our academies in the different markets, starting at the age of 14. It represents the foundation of our football pathway, offering a up to six-year development elite training program for our student-athletes looking to launch their professional football careers.  

The International Elite Program, International Academy experience is all about developing well-rounded players who are not only exceptional on the pitch but also have what it takes to reach their potential in life. Our players benefit from exposure to professional football through participating in various international tournaments, including Gothia Cup – the world’s largest youth football tournament. The team will also participate in multiple training camps in different destinations.

After two years of intensive training and valuable exposure, we believe our academy graduates are ready to take on the professional football world with confidence and determination. We have unique pathways within our Player Development Pathway for all of our student athletes. They get to continue their development journey, gain valuable game time, and prepare for new challenges by our Pre-Professional programs under Miami Athletic Club. these teams would compete within the USL League Two or W League platform. Additionally, our pathway into our Professional Club B93 in Denmark provides our top student athletes with the opportunity to compete in a Professional Organization competing in the top division! Utilizing these pathways provides a platform for our graduates to showcase their skills and talents, offering opportunities to compete against top-level players, and gain exposure, while creating new pathways for themselves to reach their full potential.

It offers up to six-years of unparalleled football development experience for young talents from all our markets who’re eager to kickstart their professional football career. It provides them with a unique opportunity for intensive and elite training, equipping them with the skills and experience necessary to succeed professionally. 

But we don’t stop here. Our growing network of professional clubs that now includes B93 in Denmark and Miami Athletic Club in United States offers a fantastic platform for our graduates to continue their development journey. They mark the first spot where many of our graduates get a first taste of professional football. This pathway has produced over 20 pro footballers so far and supported the likes of Anna Rockett, Sabrina McNeil, Johan Peneranda, Eric Viaud, Josephine Funk, Rebeka Winther who have gone to make a name in Europe's and United States top leagues.
